Dance Academy at the UDO National Final!

On Saturday 3rd December 9 girls from years 7,9,11 and 1 from 6th form performed at the National Hip hop school Finals in Blackpool. They won their division 5 months ago in Birmingham and so had to compete against 30 crews from across the country in the final.

The dancers were brilliant, showing enthusiasm and teamwork as they battled out their routine that included The Lazy song, Whine up and TGIF. The dancers were amazed by the different dance crews and we all enjoyed watching a special performance by Twist n Pulse (Runners up of Britain’s got talent).

Even though we did not win a trophy this time we all had a great day. If you would like to watch our performance the dancers will be performing at STAGES in February.
