Every student attending the Academy is encouraged to aspire to do the very best in every aspect of their learning. As an Academy we are committed to providing a breadth of opportunities both within our curriculum and outside of the curriculum through the co-curricular activities.

Our teachers are dedicated to providing the very best teaching standards within the classroom and students are expected to consolidate this work through independent work at home. During a recent Ofsted inspection (June 2010) 91% of teaching was graded as good or outstanding compared to a national benchmark of 51%.
